Fix 1.2.6

Hello there

I was testing some options and scenarios with some friends these are some of the fixes and additions to the game:

1. Changed the population in each of the states, there were a lot of people, and it was boring to have to wait for these numbers to be filled, this may change in the future with the addition of specialized Rituals.

2. Changed the math for the economy.

3. Changed the background for the Win and Lose screens.
